Nurse. Associate Professor in the Department of Health Services Administration and Nursing at the Escola Paulista de Enfermagem, Federal University of São Paulo EPE UNIFESP. Holds a Masters and PhD in Sciences from the University of São Paulo (USP). Member of the National Executive Committee of the Brazilian Network for Interprofessional Education and Work in Health (REBETIS). Part of the C.A.R.E. Core: Evidence-Informed Policies at UNIFESP, which is affiliated with EVIPNet Brazil and the Brazilian Coalition for Evidence. Works on the development of intervention research and evidence syntheses to inform policies at the micro, meso, and macro management levels, particularly in the areas of health workforce management from the perspective of interprofessional collaborative practice.
