During her doctorate, she held a sandwich internship at Université Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris, France (2012-2013). Has experience in the area of Plant Biology, Pharmacognosy and Pharmacobotany. Has worked on the following topics: chemistry of natural products, plant and animal tissue culture, microbiology and biotechnological studies with nanoparticles applied to photodynamic therapy.
