PhD by the Interdisciplinary Nucleus of Sound Communication (NICS-UNICAMP), under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Jônatas Manzolli, has been developing his research with emphasis on the interaction of percussion instruments and technological processes, in the context of contemporary music. His Thesis titled "Recursion Models Applied to Percussion with Technological Support" received the Honorable Mention in the "CAPES Thesis 2013 of the Arts / Music area".He also received a master's degree from NICS-UNICAMP, with a grant from the "Foundation for Research Support of the State of São Paulo" - FAPESP, concluding in 2008.He was a substitute professor (PED) from UNICAMP. He acted as effective professor of percussion at UNASP - Adventist University of São Paulo and CDMCC - Conservatory of Drama and Musical Tatuí "Dr. Carlos de Campos".As an interpreter, they highlight concerts at international level, such as: Croatia (2004, 2009); Cuba (2007); Portugal (2008); Spain (2008) Slovenia (2009) and Mexico (2011). He also played with important percussionists such as Stuart Marrs (USA), Frank Kumor (USA), Anders Astrand (Sweden), Angel Frette (Argentina), Igor Lesnik (Croatia), Carme Garrigó (Spain) and Michael Udow (USA).He is currently professor of Percussion Erudita and Drums at UFRN and coordinator of the Postgraduate Course "Lato Sensu" in Interpretive Practices of the 20th and 21st Centuries.Has experience in the area of #8203;#8203;Arts / Music - Musical Instrumentation (Percussion) and Mediation Technological, with emphasis in the following sub-areas: INT-Interpretive Practices / Musical Performance; MCO - Contemporary music; MUT-Music and Technology (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
