Camila Gomes SantAnna is an architect, with specializations in Landscape Architecture. She is a professor in this field at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism at the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA) in Brazil and also a Cultural Director at Brazilian Landscape Association (ABAP). In recent years, she has been trying to develop a landscape planning and design process which provides an open channel for communication with students and stakeholders. She concluded her PhD at the University of Brasília (Brazil) on green infrastructure and its contribution to City Landscape design. She was a Visiting Research Fellow at the School of Environment, Education and Development at University of Manchester, researching The green infrastructure as a tool of landscape planning and design", with Professor Ian Mell (SEED- UoM).She has always been curious to access multiple points of view on the theory and practice of Landscape Architecture.
