José Eduardo Baroneza

Biomedical doctor (UEL), specialist in Modern Education (PUC-RS), master's and doctorate in Cellular and Molecular Biology (USP-UFPR). Professor of Morphology at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Brasília (FM/UnB). Midwest Regional Director of the Brazilian Association of Medical Education (ABEM-CO 2024-2026). Coordinator of the Professional Master's Program in Biology Teaching in a national network (PROFBIO/UnB 2025-2027). He chaired the Structuring Teaching Nucleus of the Medicine Course between 2021 and 2023 and was coordinator of the Medicine Course at UnB in 2024, the year in which the course was evaluated with a maximum score of 5 by INEP/MEC. He is the author of textbooks, chapters and scientific articles in the areas of Medical Education, Science Teaching and Developmental Biology.
