Master (2018) and Ph.D. (2022) in Sciences from the Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP), with a B.Sc. in Biomedical Sciences (2015) from the same institution. Currently, she is a postdoctoral researcher for the São Paulo Epidemiologic Sleep Study (EPISONO), investigating sleep health from a multidimensional perspective in a large population-based sample.Her work focuses on the intersection of Chronobiology, Sleep Medicine, and Health Promotion. She has strong expertise in analyzing large epidemiological datasets and seeks to understand the factors that modulate the impacts of biological rhythms on the health-disease continuum.
