Has a degree in Biomedical Sciences from the Universidade Federal de São Paulo (2015), a master's degree (2018) and a Ph.D. in Sciences from the Graduate Program in Psychobiology at the Universidade Federal de São Paulo (2022). Currently is doing her post-doctoral research on sleep health and its multidimensional characteristics in a population-based sample from the Sao Paulo Epidemiologic Sleep Study (EPISONO). Her work focuses on health promotion, mental health, preventive medicine, sleep medicine and chronobiology. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
