Has got a Teaching and Bachelor's degree in Biology Science from Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquita Filho", campus in São José do Rio Preto. She has a Master's degree from the Department of Experimental Psychology, Institute of Psychology, University of São Paulo, studying how psychological, anatomical and cognitive indicators of masculinity-femininity act in women's and men's inter- and intrasexual variation of sociosexual orientation. Recently, she has got a PhD degree at the Department of Experimental Psychology-IPUSP, studying the influence of resource scarcity and pathogen threats on human preferences for feminine and masculine traits in romantic partners.
