Fernando Campos Mendonça is an Agronomist from ESALQ-USP (1990), M.Sc., and a Doctor in Irrigation and Drainage from the University of São Paulo (1994 and 1999). Former substitute professor at the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU-1998-2000). He did a post-doctorate in Agricultural Reuse of Wastewater (2001-2002). He was a professor at the Universidade do Oeste Paulista (Unoeste-2003-2005) and a researcher at Embrapa Pecuária Sudeste (2005-2010). He is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Biosystems Engineering at ESALQ-USP, working with Research and Technology Transfer for irrigated areas. He works in Water and Soil Engineering, emphasizing Hydraulics, Irrigation, and Irrigated Agriculture, mainly in Agricultural Hydraulics, Water Resources, Irrigation, and Fertigation.
