Doctor and Master in Physiotherapy from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), Specialist in Exercise Physiology from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) and Graduated in Physiotherapy from the Claretian University Center of Batatais-SP. He is currently an Adjunct Professor on the Undergraduate and Postgraduate Courses (Stricto Sensu, Master's and Doctorate levels) in Physiotherapy at the Federal University of São Carlos-SP. He is the coordinator of the research group Laboratório de Avaliação e Intervenção em Fisioterapia Musculoesquelética, which is part of the research line: Physiotherapy in Orthopaedics/Traumatology, Sports and Rheumatology. Research line: Assessment and physiotherapeutic intervention in patients with chronic pain and rheumatological diseases. This line of research aims to: 1) Evaluate patients with chronic pain using questionnaires, functional tests, physical activity levels and quantitative sensory tests, as well as the measurement properties of the instruments used to evaluate this population.2) Investigate the acute and long-term effects of physiotherapeutic interventions in patients with chronic pain and rheumatological diseases, with an emphasis on the study of therapeutic exercise and manual therapy.Contact email: lfaselistre@gmail.com or lfaselistre@ufscar.br.
