Janaina de Souza Garcia

Graduated in Chemistry at the University of São Paulo (2000), Master in Chemistry (Physical Chemistry) by the University of Sao Paulo (2003) and Ph.D. in Chemistry (Physical Chemistry) - IQSC / USP University of Sao Paulo (2009). Post-doctoral fellow at the University of Alicante (Spain) and at the Federal University of Sao Carlos - Sorocaba campus. She is a professor at the Federal University of ABC since 2011 and currently the coordinator of the Science and Technology/Chemistry graduate program - UFABC. She was part of the committee that implemented the Unified Exam of Chemistry - EUQ, and is the current coordinator of the exam. She has experience in chemistry with emphasis on Catalysis and Electrochemistry, acting on the following topics: copper, palladium, single crystals, platinum, nitrate electroreduction and electrooxidation of ethanol.
