She holds a degree in Speech Therapy from the Federal University of São Paulo (1999), a degree in Pedagogy from the São Camilo University Center (2005), a master's degree (2003) and a doctorate (2008) from the Faculty of Philosophy, Letters and Human Sciences of the University of São Paulo (2008), and is a specialist in Child Language. She is a professor responsible for the discipline Articulatory and acoustic analysis for the evaluation of speech production in the Postgraduate Program in Rehabilitation Sciences at FMUSP. She worked as a speech therapist in the Department of Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy at FMUSP. She is also vice coordinator of the Committee on Perceptive and Cognitive-Linguistic Aspects of Speech and its Disorders of the Speech Department of the Brazilian Society of Speech Therapy (2025-2027). She is a professor of different specialization, improvement and enhancement courses where she teaches classes on Speech Sound Disorders. He has experience in speech and language diagnosis and therapy using instruments to perform acoustic speech analysis, electroglottographic analysis, ultrasound analysis and air-oral flow analysis.
