Vitor Alex Oliveira Alves completed his doctoral program in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of Sao Paulo (EPUSP) in 2011. He also has a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (2005), also granted by EPUSP. He graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Maua Institute of Technology - Maua School of Engineering, having completed the course in 2000. He is also an Industrial Electronics Technician from the State Technical School Julio de Mesquita, having completed the course in 1995.Since 2001, he teaches at Maua Institute of Technology - Maua School of Engineering, teaching courses in Basic Sciences (Calculus I, Analytic Geometry and Linear Algebra, Algorithms and Programming), in Electrical Engineering (Introduction to Electricity), Mechanical Engineering (Process Control ) and Automation and Control Enginnering (Control Systems and System Identification).Since 2010 he works as a researcher at the Foundation for Water Research Development (FUNDESPA) in agreement with the Center for Excellence in Industrial Automation Technology (CETA) of Petrobras.
