Carlos Alberto Fernandes Marlet

Doctor degree in Materials Engineering and Science, in the area of Materials Engineering and Science from the Institute of Sciences and Technology of the Federal University of São Paulo (ICT/UNIFESP). Master of Science in the area of Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA). Graduated in Mechanical Engineering - Textile Emphasis from Centro Universitário da FEI. He currently teaches, since 2017, at Faculdade Anhanguera de São José dos Campos (SP), in the courses of Engineering, Administration, HR Management and Logistics Management and, since 20201, at the Faculty of Technology (FATEC) in the courses of Textile Production and of Advanced Manufacturing. It developed the Tridirectional Multilayer Fabric and the equipment for the production of the Tridirectional Multilayer Fabric, with contributions from FAPESP. 14 years of teaching experience at FATEC in Americana (SP), in the Textile Technologist course. He taught at Faculdade Anhanguera de Jundiaí (SP), in Engineering courses, for 3 years. He has solid experience in the areas of quality, product development and production, working in the Quality Control, Technical and Production Departments in the area of synthetic yarns. He has knowledge of the quality tools of Statistical Process Control (CEP), Failure Analysis and Elimination (FMEA), Non-Quality Costs and PDCA. He was responsible for the installation and operation of machines and equipment at the Avanti plant, in the city of Três Lagoas (MS), also performing technical and operational training of the operators' workforce. He was responsible for implementing the ISO 9001 quality system in the Technical and Production departments, acting as Internal Quality Auditor. A person capable of forming and leading cross-functional work teams focused on the company's objectives. Development and implementation of preventive maintenance plan for production machinery and equipment.
