I am a mathematician (full degree in mathematics by the Federal University of Pará (UFPA), Santarém (PA)), with M.Sc. and Ph.D. on applied computing (INPE: National Institute for Space Research, Brazil): neural network emulating several methods (Kalman filter, particle filter, and variational approach) applied to Lorenz system (M.Sc.), and neural network emulating the representer approach (a variational scheme) applied to the 2D ocean circulation model (Ph.D.). I did a pos-doctorate research on data assimilation with joint appointment between CPTEC (Center for Weather Prediction and Climate Studies) and LAC (Laboratory for Computing and Applied Mathematics), both divisions from the INPE (period: 2013-2014). She is adjunct professor at IEG-UFOPA. I have expertise in statistical analysis and data assimilation modeling. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
