Graduated in Food Engineering from the University of São Paulo (2008), holds a Master's degree in Food Engineering Sciences from the University of São Paulo (2012), Ph. in Food Engineering from the same institution (2017). I worked in a multinational in the sugar and alcohol sector, working in sugar and ethanol processing, quality control and laboratory analysis. I held two international internships, both in France, the first at the Institut National de Recherche Agronomique-INRA (2007-2008) and the second at AgroParis Tech-Massy (2014-2015). I has accumulated knowledge and experience in the areas of bioactive compounds, antioxidants and biopolymers. I taught classes in the areas of scientific methodology, research methodology, didactics and scientific initiation at the State University of Montes Claros. I worked in a consulting company in Rio Claro and region Aime LTDA. Now, I currently works at Chemyunion as a Senior Researcher in Sorocaba, in the B2B2C area. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
