PhD and Master in Political Science from the University of São Paulo (USP). Holds an MBA in Data Science and Analytics, with a specialization in text as data, also from USP. Her research focuses on political institutions, electoral reforms, democratic transitions, and gender in politics, with solid experience in mixed methods (quantitative and qualitative analysis, process tracing, and data science applied to the social sciences). She is a researcher at Instituto Matizes, working on projects related to human rights, diversity, and social participation, and a member of NECI (Center for Comparative and International Studies) and NIPE (Center for Political Institutions and Elections) at CEBRAP.
