Daniel Augusto Camargo Bueno

Environmental Sanitation Technologist (2012) from the University of Campinas Technology College (FT/UNICAMP-Limeira/SP), Civil Engineering Master (2017) in Sanitation and Environment emphasis area from the Civil Engineering, Architecture and Urbanism College (FECFAU/UNICAMP-Campinas/SP), Environmental Engineer (2018) from the Technology College (FT/UNICAMP-Limeira/SP) and PhD student in Civil Engineering (since 2023) in Environmental and Health Analysis emphasis area from the Faculty of Engineering Civil, Architecture and Urbanism (FECFAU/UNICAMP-Campinas/SP). Currently, he holds the Sanitation Technologist position on the Multi-User Sanitation Laboratory (LABSAN) Technical Team, a laboratory that belongs to the Infrastructure and Environment Department of FECFAU (InfrA-FECFAU/UNICAMP-Campinas/SP), and he is the supervisor of other laboratories in the environmental and health emphasis area of the same department, Prototype Laboratory (LABPRO) and Water Treatment School Station Laboratory (LABEETA). He is also a Technical Member of the research group entitled Effluent Treatment and Resource Recovery at InfrA-FECFAU / UNICAMP led by Professors Adriano Luiz Tonetti and Luana Mattos de Oliveira Cruz, and, since 2022, he participates as an Advisory Member and Consultant of JTG (Joint Task Group) for the development and improvement of methods focused on the analysis of laboratory parameters in environmental and sanitary matrices of the Standard Methods for Examination of Water and Wastewater (SMEWW) edited and published by the international institutions American Public Health Association (APHA), American Water Works Association (AWWA) and Water Environment Federation (WEF). He has experience in several areas such as industrial and domestic effluents treatment systems, sanitary decentralization, biological reactors for rural sanitation, laboratory waste treatment methods, laboratory management and organization, environmental and sanitary parameters analysis, analytical techniques, methodological optimizations, and miniaturizations in experimental techniques focused on environmental and sanitary samples.
