André Luiz de Sousa

Graduated in Psychology (Centro Universitário Paulistano, 2009), Specialist in Neuropsychology (Centro de Diagnóstico Neuropsychológico, 2012) and Master in Health Sciences (Department of Psychobiology/UNIFESP, 2019). He was a collaborator at the Centro Paulista de Neuropsicologia | Núcleo de Atendimento Neuropsychológico Interdisciplinar Infantil (CPN/NANI), in the Genetics Outpatient Clinic. He has extensive experience in the area of #8203;#8203;Clinical Neuropsychology (evaluation, supervision and research), in the care of people with Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Rare Diseases, Genetic Syndromes and/or malformations, having also worked as a Neuropsychologist at the Diagnostic Outpatient Clinic of the then APAE of São Paulo and, later, as Supervisor (Psychologist III) in the Stimulation and Rehabilitation Sector of the Jô Clemente Institute. He also worked as a Health Psychologist at Seguros Unimed, in the Cuidando de Perto Program - TEA Care Line. In the academic area, his professional history includes acting as a tutor at the ABCD Institute in the "Todos Aprendem" project, as well as in the continuing education program based on neurosciences "Projeto pela Primeira Infância" (Early Childhood Project). He also teaches at the Jô Clemente Institute and in undergraduate and graduate courses, highlighting his activities as a Professor and Supervisor in the Psychology course at Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU), in the Medicine and Psychology courses at Universidade Nove de Julho (UNINOVE), in the Psychology course at Universidade São Judas Tadeu, in the Postgraduate Course in Neuropsychology at Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do Sul, in the Postgraduate Course in Neuropsychology at CENSUPEG and in the Postgraduate Course in Neuropsychology at Centro de Diagnóstico Neuropsychológico, among other educational institutions.
