Sylvio Dionysio de Souza

Undergraduate at Fisica from Universidade de São Paulo-USP (1975), Master at Physics, USP (1978), Physics PhD at USP, (1986) and Postdoctoral at HISP-Institu für Strahlen und Kernphysik-Bonn, Germany. At the moment is Collaborator Professor (retired) at UFSCar-São Carlos Federal University. Has experience in Physics, acting particularly in Hyperfine Interactions (Perturbed Angular Correlation) and Mössbauer Spectroscopy, working principally in the followings subjects: hyperfine eletromagnetic fields in metals, metals alloys, rare earth alloys, ceramics and nano composites, plasma nitriding, on iron and stainless steel as well in biomaterials study.
