Associated Professor in the Department of Biology of the Faculdade de Filosofia, Ciências e Letras de Ribeirão Preto, Universidade de São Paulo (FFCLRP - USP). Has a Bachelor (2010) and Licentiate (2011) degree in Biology from FFCLRP-USP. Master in Compared Biology by FFCLRP - USP (2015) and PhD in Applied Ecology by ESALQ - USP (2021). Was a pot-doctoral researcher for two years in the USP Sustainability Program. Has done part of the master degree at Patuxent Wildlife Research Center (USGS-EUA) and part of the PhD at Cornell University (EUA). Has experience in Ecology and Zoology, focusing on Applied Ecology and Conservation Biology. Works currently on the following subjects: habitat use and occupancy modelling, population parameters estimation, community ecology, medium and large-sized mammals, felids, birds, Cerrado, Atlantic Forest, agroecossystem, environmental law, bioindicators, human dimensions, human-wildlife coexistence, interdisciplinarity and education.
