I hold a PhD in Chemistry from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), with a sandwich period at the United States Department of Agriculture, where I conducted research on the solubilization of nanometric phosphates in different polymeric matrices. Funded by FAPESP, I earned my degree in 2018. I also hold a Masters degree in Chemistry from UFSCar, where I studied nanocomposites for the controlled release of agricultural pesticides. I graduated in Chemistry from the Federal University of Lavras (UFLA), focusing on the oxidation of organic contaminants using amphiphilic catalysts. I have completed two postdoctoral fellowships, one at EMBRAPA Instrumentation in Brazil and another at Forschungszentrum Jülich in Germany, both funded by FAPESP. My academic and scientific work encompasses the production of new materials, nanocomposites, controlled-release fertilizers, and soil fertility enhancement, with numerous relevant publications in these areas.
