Abstract
Cylindrostethinae is different from the other seven sub-families especially because of the small face length and the absence of the clypeal suture. The subfamily groups the Cylindrostethus, Platygerris and Potamobates genus. Cylindrostethinae's monophyletic was broken. However, the author used only three terminals.
