Abstract
Mycoplasma suis is a pathogenic bacteria which is found attached to porcine erythrocytes, causing damage to parasitized cells. This parasite, belonging to haemotrophic mycoplasmas (haemoplasmas) group in Order Mollicutes, is incriminated as the etiologic agent of porcine haemoplasmosis.
