He is bachelor's in Chemistry from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba - Argentina (2006) and PhD in Chemistry from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba - Argentina (2012). He had a post-doctoral fellowship at Instituto de Química Física de los Materiales, Medio Ambiente y Energía - Universidad de Buenos Aires (2014). At the moment, he has a post-doctoral fellowship at Instituto de Química of Universidade Estadual de Campinas. He has experience in Chemistry, focusing on Theorical Chemistry, acting on the following subjects: molecular docking, molecular dynamics, mdr, p-glycoprotein, photodynamic therapy, TD-DFT, reaction free energy profiles, steered molecular dynamics, kinases, adenylyl cyclases. More recently, I used Python and R languages for structural and energetic analysis of protein-DNA/RNA and protein-protein systems. The Edema Factor (EF) is one of three major toxins involved in the disruption of cellular functions resulting from infection of a host organism by Anthrax. The EF is an enzyme that catalyzes the production of cyclic-AMP (cAMP) from ATP , known as Adenylyl cyclases .
