Graduated in Biotechnology (2014) and Chemistry (2021) from the Federal University of São Carlos, she furthered her studies with a master's degree in Evolutionary Genetics and Molecular Biology (2017) from the same institution. She obtained a Ph.D. in Sciences with an emphasis on Organic and Biological Chemistry (2021) from the University of São Paulo, in addition to holding a specialization in Project Management (2020) from the same institution. Her academic journey included tutoring in the Biotechnology Course (2012) and leading an Undergraduate Research project focused on the antimicrobial analysis of bioactive glasses for medical and dental applications (2014). She completed an internship at the Laboratory of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (2014) in the Department of Physiological Sciences (UFSCar). In her postdoctoral journey, she worked as a researcher at the University Medical Center Groningen (UMCG, RuG - The Netherlands) and currently serves as a postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Chemistry of São Carlos (IQSC-USP). Her focus lies in mapping and understanding interprotein interactions using biophysical, biochemical, and immunological techniques. With consolidated expertise in Microbiology, Cellular Biology, and Biochemistry, she excels in Molecular Biology, Structural Biology, and Protein Biophysics. Her skills encompass a wide array of techniques, including cloning, expression, and purification of recombinant proteins, cell and tissue culture, circular dichroism, fluorescence, analytical ultracentrifugation, Western Blotting, dynamic light scattering, liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, DNA sequencing analysis, enzymatic assays, as well as calorimetric techniques for the interaction of biological macromolecules (ITC and DSC).
