He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from the São Carlos Institute of Physics of the University of São Paulo (USP), a Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from USP, and a degree in Physics from the State University of Mato Grosso do Sul. He completed his post-doctoral studies at the Centre for Nuclear Energy in Agriculture - CENA /USP. His research focuses on photophysical processes, transport of excitons and charges, and molecular interactions in organic materials and nanomaterials, with applications in environmental and energy fields. He has experience in computational simulation methods and molecular modelling. He is a member of the Brazilian Society for Materials Research and is currently a professor at the Federal Institute of Brasília. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
