Jonas Jakutis Neto

He holds a degree in Technology in Materials, Processes, and Electronic Components from the Faculty of Technology of São Paulo (2006). Masters degree in Nuclear Technology, specializing in materials, from the Institute for Energy and Nuclear Research/USP (2008). PhD in Physics and Engineering from Macquarie University (Australia), in joint supervision with the University of São Paulo/IPEN, mainly focusing on the development of new Raman lasers and new blue-emitting laser technologies (2012). Currently, he is a Researcher at the Institute of Advanced Studies of the Department of Aerospace Science and Technology - DCTA, where he conducts research on laser applications, primarily aimed at isotope separation processes via lasers, laser materials processing, investigation of new laser applications, and development of advanced laser sources. He has experience in the field of Optics and Lasers, with emphasis on Solid-State Laser development, laser-based materials processing, and laser spectroscopy. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
