Associate Professor 3 of the Administration Department of the Faculty of Economics, Administration and Accounting of Ribeirão Preto of the University of São Paulo (FEARP-USP). Visiting Professor and Researcher at the University of South Florida (USF), United States (2023-2025), supported by CAPES, Senior Visiting Professor Abroad (PVE). He has a postgraduate degree in Administration from the University of São Paulo (FEARP-USP), a PhD in Administration from the University of São Paulo (FEA-USP), a Master's degree in Production Engineering from the University of São Paulo (EESC-USP), an MBA in Administration from the University of São Paulo (FEARP-USP) and a degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from the University of São Paulo (EESC-USP). Coordinated the Postgraduate Program in Organizational Administration (PPGAO/USP), term 2017-2019. He was Deputy Head of the Administration Department for two terms 2014-2018. He has been a CNPq Research Productivity Fellow since 2018. He has experience in Coordinating research projects funded by funding agencies such as FAPESP, Capes and CNPq with the participation of international researchers (Technische Universität München (TUM), University of Queensland (UQ), University of South Florida (USF), Technische Universität Braunschweig (TUB), Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal (IPS), Northern Kentucky University (NKU) and University of Surrey (UK). He is a reviewer of national and international journals. He is part of the bank of evaluators of INEP/MEC Undergraduate Courses since 2005. Researcher at Procad-Defesa (CAPES/Ministry of Defense).
