Michelle is currently a post-doctoral fellow at "Research, Innovation and Dissemination Center for Neuromathematics" (NeuroMat) in University of Sao Paulo. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Statistics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2014), a masters degree in Statistics from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2007) and a bachelor's degree in Statistics from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2004).
