Graduation in Economics from Universidade de São Paulo (1984), master's degree at Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (1992) and PhD (2007) and Post-Doctorate degree (2017)at Management from Universidade de São Paulo (2007). He is currently associated professor at Faculdade de Economia, Administração e Contabilidade - USP. Hes was part of the Scientific Editorial Board da RAE - FGV - SP, associate editor - REGE USP. Member of the CRANET (international research net on HRM) Advisory Group (2018-2023). He was Fellow Scholar at Fudan LatinAmerican University Consortium and invited researcher at the Fudan University (Shanghai - China). Member of SMELnetwork - He is leader of the research grupo " HRM anda Knowledge Management at Organizationss". Nowadays is in charge as a director at the Human Resource Department of USP. He is also conselor at the Regional Economy Council of São Paulo (2024-2026). Reviewer at FAPESP and Brazilian Journals. Has experience in Administration, focusing on Human Resources Administration, Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining, acting on the following subjects: HRM, labor relations, unionism, labor relations in Brazil, labor market, organizational learning.
