Has a degree in Biological Sciences (Medical Modality) from the Federal University of São Paulo (2016) and a master's degree (2019) and doctorate (2023) from the University of Campinas in genetics and molecular biology. He completed an internship at Tel Aviv University (Tel Aviv - Israel) in the laboratory of professor Oded Rechavi (2021). He is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at Colorado State University in Professor Taiowa Montgomery's laboratory. Studies the localization of proteins involved in the processing of pri-miRNAs and the process of loading Argonautes with RNAs in C. elegans. He has experience in the area of #8203;#8203;Biochemistry, with an emphasis on Molecular Biology, working mainly on the following topics: Dicer, miRNAs, epigenetic inheritance, aging and calorie restriction.
