Assistant Professor at the Department of Biochemistry at the University of São Paulo. Graduated in Biomedical Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2014), Master's in Molecular Biology (2016) from the Federal University of São Paulo - during which he completed a research internship at the Max Planck Institute for Biology of Ageing (Cologne, Germany), PhD in Biochemistry from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2020). Completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology (Cambridge, UK), funded by the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions, and at the Institute of Healthy Ageing at University College London (London, UK).
