Master of Law at Universidade de São Paulo and PH.D. in Public Health at University of São Paulo. Has a diplome of high studies at Université de Paris VIII. Post Doctoral studies at University of Paris 2. Visiting professor at Université Paris Descartes - PARIS 5 (since 2014). Currently develops the following lines of research: i) Right to Health and Health Democracy (institutions of democratic participation in health and judicialization of health); ii) Legal Models of Provision of Public Health Services; iii) Regulation of Health Professions; iv) Health Regulation; v) Comparative Studies of International Health Law; vi) Right to health of people with rare diseases.
