I hold a Bachelor's degree in Agronomic Engineering from the Faculty of Agronomic Sciences - UNESP/Botucatu (2005), with a Master's degree (2009) and Ph.D. (2013) in Agronomy - Energy in Agriculture from the same institution. During my Ph.D., I completed a sandwich program at the University of Minho (UMINHO) in Braga, Portugal, as a recipient of the ERASMUS MUNDUS scholarship. Currently, I serve as the Vice-Coordinator of the Graduate Program in Environment and Regional Development at the Universidade do Oeste Paulista (UNOESTE), where I also teach courses in Agronomy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, and Gastronomy. In addition, I have been the Administrative Director of the Fundação do Oeste Paulista de Inovação (FOPI) since July 2024. My research trajectory includes collaborations with the Faculty of Agronomic Sciences - UNESP/Botucatu and the Institute of Biosciences of Botucatu/UNESP. I am also a collaborating researcher with RETE - Brazilian Network for Research and Management in Territorial Development and RIAS - International Network for Environment and Sustainability. My experience spans the fields of Agronomy, Food Science and Technology, Food Biochemistry, Post-harvest Technology of Fruits and Vegetables, Beverage Technology, and Environment and Regional Development.
