Research Professor at the Master's Program in Sciences of Religion and at the Faculty of Social Sciences at the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUC-Campinas). Member of the National Association for Graduate Studies and Research in Theology and Sciences of Religion (ANPTECRE) - Scientific Council (2018-2020); Secretary General (since August 2020). He chairs the Forum of Scientific Associations in Sciences of Religion, Theology and Religious Education (mandate 2021/2023). Post-doctorate at the Department of Theology at Loyola University Chicago (2019), Ph.D. in Philosophy from the State University of Campinas - UNICAMP (2011), Master in Multimedia from UNICAMP (2001), Bachelor's and Degree in Social Sciences from UNICAMP (1995 ; 1997), Bachelor in Legal and Social Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas - PUC-Campinas (2002). His academic trajectory has been guided by studies and reflections on social power and its relations with the power of the State. In this diapason, culture and cultural identity, collective power and state and legal powers, human rights and the problem of social exclusion have been the main keys to his reflections.
