Martin Krahenbuhl Amstalden

Pharmacist-Biochemist graduated at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Ribeirão Preto - University of São Paulo (USP). Develops a master's project in the postgraduate program of Biosciences and Biotechnology in the same unit, in which investigates the interaction of galectins -3 and -4 in E. coli O86. Developed two years of research funded by FAPESP and acquired experience in proteins biochemistry and in vitro toxicology models for cytotoxic and genotoxic damage investigation. At this period, collaborated with many projects developing experiments with cell cultures, cytotoxicity, genotoxicity, quantification of ROS production, electrophoresis gel and chromatography. Worked as a monitor of Basic Sciences, Structural Chemistry I and Parasitology disciplines of Pharmacy and Biochemistry bachelor course students at FPSRP-USP. Also, was a Physics professor at the Popular Course "Hypatia" during 2017. Topics of interest: Glycobiology, Biochemistry and Immunology. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
