Tatiany Aparecida Teixeira Soratto holds a degree in Biotechnology, a Master's in Plant Production with an emphasis in Molecular Biology from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), and a PhD in Biotechnology with an emphasis in Bioinformatics from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), with a sandwich period at the Karolinska Institute in Sweden, where she conducted research focused on the analysis and development of tools for genomics and metagenomics. She worked as a Bioinformatics Researcher at GoSolos, developing a tool for soil microbiome analysis.
