Ministério da Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação (Brasil). Centro Nacional de Pesquisa em Energia e Materiais (CNPEM)  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

Ph.D. in Chemistry from the São Paulo State University (UNESP - IBILCE), where he also completed his Bachelors degree in Environmental Chemistry (2012-2015) and Masters degree in Chemistry (2016-2018). Throughout his academic journey, he was a member of the LabMatSus (Laboratory of Materials for Sustainability) research group, focusing on the preparation, advanced characterization, and application of new materials in gas sensors and photocatalysts, with an emphasis on graphene-based composites.Currently, he is a Junior Technological Development Specialist at the National Nanotechnology Laboratory (LNNano) CNPEM, working in the Transmission Electron Microscopy Group. He develops and applies advanced transmission electron microscopy (TEM) techniques, including HR-TEM, STEM, EDS, and electron diffraction, for the characterization of functional and high-performance ceramic materials. He has expertise in transmission electron microscopy, electronics, Python programming, microscopy data processing and analysis, as well as 3D printing and 3D modeling. During his postdoctoral research at LNNano - CNPEM (FAPESP), he investigated yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG) transparent ceramics for applications in synchrotrons and other advanced technologies, analyzing the effects of dopants and additives on the sintering process to optimize the materials transparency and quality.Previously, he was a Technological and Industrial Development Fellow (CNPq - Level A, DTI-A) at LNNano - CNPEM (2022-2023), contributing to transmission electron microscopy projects under the supervision of Edson Roberto Leite and Jefferson Bettini.
