Obtained her Bachelor degree in Oceanography at Instituto Oceanográfico, Universidade de São Paulo (São Paulo, Brazil), in 2015, and Master in Science in Oceanography at Scripps Institution of Oceanography, University of California San Diego (California, USA), in 2020. She is currently a PhD Student at Scripps Institution of Oceanography, studying the dynamics of invertebrates on carbonate rocks at methane seeps and phosphorites and ferromanganese crusts. She has experience in Oceanography, focusing on the interactions between marine organisms and the environment, acting on the following subjects: bentos, macrofauna, deep sea, chemosynthetic ecosystems, connectivity and trophic ecology. This project aims to describe the associations of crustaceans on whalebones implanted for 22 months in three latitudes on the South Atlantic at 1500 and 3300 m deep.
