Marta Fabiano Sambiase

PhD and Master's in Business Administration from Mackenzie Presbyterian University (2009; 2003). Specialist in Business Administration from FGV - CEAG (1998); BA in History from FFLCH - USP (1988). Since 2023, she has been an advisor in the Planning and Governance area at Mackenzie University, facilitating the university's strategic management process. She has been a lecturer and researcher at Universidade P. Mackenzie since 2007, having curated courses in Business Administration. Research interests focused on understanding the competitive dynamics of organizations through strategic resource management, with an emphasis on intangible aspects of the human, cognitive and social dimensions, such as: stakeholder relations, organizational relations, economic sociology, micro-foundations of agency, managerial and entrepreneurial capabilities. I teach on-site and distance learning courses in the areas of Strategy, Sustainability, Business Simulation, Negotiation and Applied or Non-Applied Scientific Methodology. As for my field of study, my interests focus on strategies for sustainability in higher education and the urban food chain. Member of the UN Sustainability Mindset Working Group. Leader of the Agroecological Management and Urban Food group. Councillor for COMUSAN - PSP's Municipal Council for Food and Nutritional Security (2021 to 2023) and CMDRS - Municipal Council for Rural and Sustainable Development. I'm a post-doctoral student in the Sociology Graduate Program at UFRGS on sustainable food systems (Gepad research group). I also have 18 years' executive experience in information technology, telecommunications and agribusiness services companies, holding positions in project management, national partner network management, technical support and customer service manager, as well as technical positions with technological certifications.
