Abstract
How the serotonergic signaling modulates the colon carcinogenesis remains unclear. 90 C57BL/6 mice will be exposed to the carcinogen azoxymethane (AOM). AOM-exposed mice will be sacrificed at different-time points of the colon carcinogenesis.
