Postdoctoral fellow at FGV São Law School?s Center for Law and Political Economy (NUDEP). I obtained my Ph.D. from the University of São Paulo?s Law School and am a former Democracy Visiting Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School. I research industrial relations and participatory democracy, connecting labor and administrative law. I am also interested in social ontology, particularly in the relationship between structure and agency as it pertains to legal rules and institutions.
