Bachelor's in Applied and Computational Mathematics at State University of Campinas (2012). Masters in Science Computer at State University of Campinas (2015). PhD in Bioinformatics at Universidade Estadual de Campinas at Biology Institute (IB). He has experience in Applied Mathematics, Data Analysis, Statistical modeling and Bioinformatics area. In omics area, he has experience in Genomics with analysis of gene networks and genome assembly; Proteomics in the dynamic networks, and Transcritptomics in interaction analysis with RNA-seq data and comparative metagenomics. He completed a post-doctorate at the Center for Research in Computational Engineering and Sciences (CCES/CEPID) (2020-2023) at UNICAMP, and at the University of Minho (UMinho) (2022-2023) in Portugal. His line of research is analysis and methods of multi-omics integration (Transcriptomics, Metabolomics and Proteomics), Biological Networks, Systems Biology, and metabolic simulations using genomic models. He works as coordinator at the League of Brazilian Bioinformatics (LBB). He is currently a professor at Universidade São Francisco (USF) in the PPG in Health Sciences (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
