Architect and Urban Planner from the University of São Paulo (2018), currently pursuing a Direct PhD in Environmental Sciences at the Institute of Energy and Environment, University of São Paulo PROCAM/IEE/USP (2022present), focusing on the governance of agricultural adaptation to climate change. He serves as Special Advisor to the Minister of Agrarian Development and Family Farming MDA (2024present). He is a member of the Young Leadership Program on Food Systems of the United Nations Food Systems Coordination Hub (2024). He was Manager of Productive Chains at the São Paulo Development Agency (ADE SAMPA), linked to the São Paulo City Hall (2023). He worked as Project Manager at the Municipal Secretariat of Economic Development and Labor, Agriculture Coordination (202223). From 2016 to 2022, he worked on the Ligue os Pontos Project of the São Paulo City Hall Municipal Secretariat of Urban Development, funded by Bloomberg Philanthropies under the Government Innovation category, aimed at strengthening the southern rural area of the municipality. He holds a specialization in Sustainability from Fundação Gaia Education (202021). He participated in the ObservaSP project at the Public Space and Right to the City Laboratory LabCidade FAUUSP (201617), monitoring urban policies. His main areas of interest include Public Policy Implementation, Family Farming, Food Systems, Climate Change, Territorial, Urban, Environmental and Rural Planning, Agrarian Development, Habitat, Governance, Information and Communication Technologies, Social Participation, and Government Innovation.
