Graduated in Biomedical Sciences from the University of São Paulo (USP- 2014-2017), with Scientific Initiation and Master in Sciences from the University of São Paulo (2016-2020), and PhD in Sciences from the University of São Paulo (2025) where she developed scientific work to study neuropathic pain and treatments with neurostimulation. She did an exchange (sandwich master's degree) at the University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, developing research work with optogenetics to study neural pathways associated with neuropathic pain. During her doctorate, she carried out translational research in an experimental model and with patients to characterize the mechanisms and the effect of photobiomodulation in post-herpetic neuralgia. She has CRBM-1 qualification in teaching and research. She has experience in teaching and research in Sciences, with an emphasis on neurophysiology of pain, neuroanatomy and neuroscience.
