Bachleor of Public Policy Management from the State University of Campinas (2015) and PhD in Scientific and Technological Policy also at UNICAMP. She worked on the Innovation Systems, Strategy and Policy (InSySPo) project, which belongs to the São Paulo Excellence Chair (SPEC) program. She served as a Researcher at the Study Group on the Organization of Research and Innovation (GEOPI). Her research focus is the evaluation of public policies and impact evaluation of Science, Technology and Innovation (ST&I) policies.
