Thiago Dominguez Crespo Hirata is a Pharmacist-Biochemist from the University of São Paulo (USP), and has a PhD in Science from the Department of Clinical and Toxicological Analysis (FBC) from the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences of the University of São Paulo (FCF-USP). Completed an international PhD internship at the Laboratory of Inflammation Biology of the QIMR in Brisbane (Australia). He undertook a postdoctoral fellowship in Bioinformatics at the Computer Systems Biology Laboratory (CSBL) at INOVA-USP. He has extensive experience in transcriptomics analyses (qPCR, microarray, RNAseq, scRNAseq, spatial), Genomics, Machine Learning, programming languages #8203;#8203;R, python, and bash. Additionally, he worked with cell culture, molecular biology, pharmacogenomics, big data analysis, management and supervision of postgraduate students and project management. Currently, he is the technical pharmacist responsible for the Center for Omic Technologies (CTO) of the Department of Clinical and Toxicological Analysis (FBC) of the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences at USP.
