Ana Azevedo Bezerra Felicio is a Ph.D. in Linguistics at the Institute of Language Studies at the State University of Campinas (Unicamp), where she achieved her Bachelors degree (2017) and Masters degree (2020). Her Masters research on the image of the reader and of the reading in Senecas letters gave continuity to her undergraduate research project on Seneca (supported by a FAPESPs scholarship, data). Her Masters research was supported by CAPES and a Santander scholarship funded her research stay in the Scuola Normale Superiore of Pisa (Italy) under the supervision of Professor Gianpiero Rosati. Her Ph.D. research is now supported by CNPq. She accomplished 2 years as an Assistant Professor (in an Internship Program of Unicamp) in Classical Latin disciplines supervised by Professors Isabella Tardin Cardoso and Paulo Sérgio Vasconcellos. She lived almost half of her life (from age 5 to 18) in Italy with her family, where she studied French, Spanish, and English, and where in her high school years (Liceo) she first came in touch with Classical Latin. She is bilingual (fluent in Portuguese and Italian). (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
