Gabriela de Brelaz

Prof. Gabriela de Brelàz holds a degree in Business Administration (2000), a master's degree (2007), and a PhD (2012) in Public Administration and Government from EAESP - Fundação Getulio Vargas. She is an Associate Professor at the Paulista School of Political Economy and Business (EPPEN) at the Federal University of São Paulo (Unifesp). She has experience in Public Administration, working on the following topics: advocacy, open government, open state (transparency, participation, and accountability in the executive, legislative, and judicial branches), investments, and impact businesses. She is a researcher at the Center for Democracy and Collective Action (NDAC/CEBRAP) and at SoU_Ciência - Center for Studies in Science, University, and Society at Unifesp. She serves as the Independent Reporting Mechanism (IRM) for the Open Government Partnership in the Implementation of the Open Government Plan for the City of Osasco (São Paulo - SP - Brazil) and Montevideo (Uruguay). She is a member of the Shared Management Forum of the 4th Open Government Plan for the City of São Paulo.
